OS 12631085 is an update (garage shudder, etc.) to the OEM original OS 12597778 - from a 2005 Colorado L52 3.5 L 4L60. I have the original OS on file - from a 2005 Colorado with 3.42 gears.
Not sure if that is of any use to you ...

Attached below is an original (never modified) tune from a 2005 Colorado with the 3.5 L I5 4L60E 4 x 4 - it still has the original OEM OS 12597778. Hopefully this will work for your application.
