Fueling State 45 Limiting & Air Density Select Table Not working

CM849 ECM I have attached a picture of a log and Fueling state status.

Status is 45 which Cummins defines as below
Vehicle Acceleration Management
- Not Typically used in North America HD applications
- Vehicle Acceleration si being limited
- Commonly used to decrease noisE or fuel consumption

I'm commanding 160MM3 in the tune but is being limited to 130 and sometimes down to 115. ALL LIMITERS are raised to 160mm3 or above or turned off.

The log has bad surge because I scaled the tune for a 6.7 rail sensor and the customer didn't put it on with these logs so it didn't know what to do.

Next thing is I put 1 in all the Air density select tables and I can only find Air density high and low not actual for OM is there somewhere i can select to monitor actual OM in the CSP OS?
