Running EFILive in Linux, under WINE.

I am going to delve into WINE, now that both my arrogance and noobieness (relating to Ubuntu Linux) have diminished substantially. I know a few of you have enabled EFILive software to work in this manner under various distros, but unless someone has done it (specifically) with Debian/Ubuntu (and posts the steps here), I am going to get it working, so help me Linus T.!

It may very well work perfectly but it's a risk that even I, an admitted linux freak, won't take... good luck!!
