12587603 os for a flex fuel option

Could someone look at the PCM 12587603 os to see if there is a turn on option for the flex fuel option? I think it would be located in the system operations tab. I am banging my head against the wall on an issue tryin to get my 4.3l v6 to run flex fuel. This same os in avaliable in a truck that has flex fuel, but for some reason my truck won't start on the cal. I am thinking there is something hidden in the system tab to enable the output. In the engine cal the tables are there, and the enablers are enabled but the pcm isn't looking for the input from the sensor. So I am thinking something is there in the system tab that is still hidden from my view. I could post the tune I am using, but I am not sure how to do it on here.
