I've noticed that most of my E37 cal files have the option to enable flexible fuel (via virtual sensor & algorithms). Are these same capabilities within the E83 & E78 ECMs? If so, anyone willing to send me a tuning file?

GM seem to be moving away from the ethanol estimation system (via virtual sensor & algorithms) to using a real sensor.
The ECM in the Cruze/Sonic is more than capable of Flex Fuel, but so far it looks like they haven't configured any calibrations for it, In other words, not all the ethanol tables are populated with values making a conversion very difficult.
