Question regarding two autocals. If someone has the truck tuned with one that is obvioulsy linked to that tuner, is it ok, to simply load another tune from a different tuner on the truck? Does it have to be returned to stock before doing so?

Not a problem to do that. Just flash right over the top of the previous tune.
