Error $0281 on DTC Clear?

I popped a CEL on our H2 yesterday. Went to read the codes and it pulled DTC U1064. When I went to clear it EFI threw back an error "ERROR $0281" and failed to clear the code.

I am running the May 12th Firmware 2.05.17(0512) and the 2.5.08(0426) FW.

Based on the code, I am not sure if there is something wrong with the wiring or a module or if EFI isn't working properly.

Thoughts?

There's a small bug in the FlashScan firmware that does not correctly recognize the response from the controller after it clears the DTCs. It will be fixed in the next update.

Note: The DTCs do get cleared correctly.

I had the same problem with the may 12th firmware on a LLY controller. I then updated to the 19th and all was well. Actually, I couldnt even connect to the LLY ECM with the May 12th firmware either. The pass through worked with the May 19th firmware though.
