yes i cant get the injectors to give a low pulse like the 28's and 36's which can go easly down to a pulse of 1.5 at deacceleration below idle,
the ve numbers are around the 9.0grams below idle on...

i have stft problems seem to try and deduct fuel past 30% wont idle etc

b3701 seems incorrect for 36lbs injectors ,eg at 13.5v at around idle (75 -65) you have .124ms very low figures my 42lbs have a coil saturation lag of .745ms that's prob why you have high ve numbers...
