Here is the DTC settings list I pulled from a current LMM file I run in stand alone mode. Compare to yours and maybe find the the one tripping your light.

I don't have any problems getting MIL off in stand alone. Is engine running? Have noticed MIL will stay on 10 sec after key on or start in my setups.

Those can be recovered using EFIlive. Do a little reading and you should be able to recover it. I've bricked a dozen loading tunes, and recovered all of them.

You need to tie the serial data wire off ecm in with your key on hots. Rest of your setup sounds correct. Should run fine in stand alone mode then.

Dynamic PIDs is all I've ever used with E35. Kinda a pain to setup correctly, but flawless once ya get em stacked.
PS. Many PIDs different between LBZ to LMM..

I'll bet it's a single bit switch like the oil temp signal pin on the E38.
