When the car first injects the fuel and its mixture is off, the cars drive ability will be slightly off because of the wrong mixture....

I think you made a typo, it would be 14.6 AFR, which is the same as 1 EQ. If it is 1.46 AFR (which i highly doubt) then it would be trying to use ten times the amount of fuel.
