Well...i finally got it working!



I just modified my Autocal to work with a serial wideband so you can read wideband/AFR and datalog for your tuner to get better information.

This WILL void...

Got everything hooked up from the Innovate LC2 to my Autocal, wired to the RX/Ground...not receiving any data. Is there anything special in EFILive i need to add other than the Serial WB PIDs?

We have a flex fuel sensor wired in right now and are reading that through the autocal-and we had to enable pin 38 on the ECM. So, i see what you mean now. Ill link my tuner to this thread and let...

Ahh OK. But, only if its serial. Not analog data. Correct?

Alright, such as the AEM or possibly an Innovate? Then just wire in the RX/TX/Ground to the Autocal with a connector, and match it on the wideband controller?

Im sorry...i may just be dense...AC instead of FS? I am new to the whole tuning process...still learning.

Any more information on this? I am looking at a PLX wide band and not seeing on the PLX how it would connect to a serial connector.....unless im just not looking at the right thing.

There has to be a way to use this analog wideband ....


Talked with my tuner, Overkill, he siad there isnt an EGR pintle available to do that (no EGR on the car).

Ahh, my bad. Its not serial. Its analog.

So is there anything I would need to do/custom PID and setup on the Autocal for that to work?

Yessir, sorry for the delay. Apparently my car can be read on E39A, but scanned/flashed on E39. It only had E39A setup.

Up and running just fine now. Now to setup the wideband!

I have reloaded the config files per my tuner. Still same issue

How do I verify if it's setup properly?
