i know for a fact the wires are pinned correctly, even have tried holding...

ok finally got it!, ended up taking the radion fuses out (both of them)
took the radio head unit completly out
unhooker the batteries for 30min
hooked them back up, put the battery charger on it...

also, i have the current updates as well as current firmwear also.
