noff, If your commanded duration is what you want only when the convertor locks, I would guess that it is a load issue.

Maybe another table that has not been discovered yet?

Another thought... try logging engine load as well. I notice with mine that it will not give me max pulse or mm3 until the tc is locked in the higher gears, then it pulls like a mother. Maybe it is...
