I've bench flashed this one a few times now over the year.
I'm not sure how it was recovered I sent it into SoCal to be fixed and has been great until last night.
I was bench flashing it and this was what I got on every time trying to flash. Is there any chance of recovering it? It was rebuilt about a year and a half maybe two years ago.

I'm thinking of trying a different OS to see if it still does it.
I have those edited to be at 750 rpms up until 225 where it ramps to 1000rpms.
I had the sensor reading -40 but all my idle tables are at 700 RPMs.

Well being in high altitude doesn't help much either for boost pressure. Also look into a PPE boost valve or build a manual boost valve to help keep the wastegate closed longer.
This wouldn't help see all that Ferm suggested. That info would help you work off the tune you built for him to improve spool up.
