Thanks, Joe. You're the best
Here is the Calibration file with the adjustments I made.
(You have the "before" file in my post of the attachment before)
1. It cranks right away.
2. While cold, I have to hold the pedal down...
I got it to idle without shutting off.
Adjusted quite a few idle parameters, so I can't say what by itself may have done it.
I also adjusted Injector Min Pulse width and Small Pulse adjust
OK. The car is not inspected yet, so I can't drive ... just idle in my driveway.
I'm getting a 10-day tag Monday, so I can take it to a tuner who says he is willing to tune with EFILive, and inspect...
The TP is 0% when the pedal is not pressed. Remember, I have to hold the throttle open slightly, for it to stay cranked. That's why you see a Throttle angle. I think it may even be off-idle.
It...
Tune and 2 Scans
Two Logs with different Parms and a tune I just uploaded where I increased Base Spark down low.
I've been screwing around with the VE (lower area), timing, cracker and idle tables and, though the car will idle nicely all the way down to 700 RPMs (big cam, supercharger, LS7 Stroker, 2Bar MAP...
Are {GM.IAC_LTD_DMA.gps}+{GM.IAC_STD_DMA.gps} mislabeled to IAC_LD_DMA and IAC_SD_DMA in the BBX?
Wait ... I find it in EFILive Scan, but not in the PID selection for BBX.
When I add PID:
-- CALC.RAFIG
return pid("IAC_LTD_DMA")+pid("IAC_STD_DMA");
I can't find the underlying PIDs to create the calculation. What could I be doing wrong?
A0012, A0013 in my Calibration is Valet Mode Speed Limit with ETC and non ETC.
Is that really what you are asking me to change. Explanation about the changes would be helpful, so I that I can...
ttt
Also, keep in mind I'm in AutoVE Tune mode right now ... Forced Octane Scaler was turned off and things like TOS VE Table are disabled as well.
Adjusted wrong table. RE-flashed. After warming about 3 or 4 minutes (weather in the upper 50's right now) it wouldn't idle off throttle. But I will drive out with that tune and see what happens...
For now, I set 1.20 coum to 12, and added 1 degree per column until it matched what I already have (at column .96/1.00)
Mine said max of 824, so I set it to 823 (-1) if you still intend I set it to 511, let me know..
Do you mean "upper three rows"?
How many columns are you calling "High load"? Which...
Yes... 6-pinion planetary. I'll never go back.
OK:
1. The Tune: 20151126aSDAutoVE.ctz (I mistakenly did not copy Hi-Spark to Lo-Spark)
2. The associated log: 20151126aSDAutoVE.efi
3. The Exported Spreadsheet: 20151126aSDAutoVE.xlsx
I tried...
I'll post the tune and log I just ran in my next post, and the associated spreadsheet already exported and formatted the way I like to compare things.
I adjusted my D-1SC belt tighter and boost...
ttt
Even though I'm still dealing with the idle issue and rolling idle issue, I have kept adjusting the VE table until I have a pretty good air flow ratio even going up into the boost table range.
...
Thought I'd mention ... I don't recall if I have: The weird transmission shift problem is gone since I replaced the PCM.
I've never posted a file. How do I get it to you? (The .ctz and .efi log)
No problem! You want the .EFI log or the Excel Spreadsheet I created?
