Thanks Cindy, I was finally able to get it in the cart, go through all the steps of checkout, but now when I try to finalize it I get a message that says, can not process payment for unknown reason...

I have tried several times to purchase a license and everytime I do, I enter the serial number, auth code and quantity, hit add to cart...it takes me to a page that says your shopping cart is empty...
