Just got my serial LC-2 -> V2 made up and I'm picking up a set of TR6ix to throw in then its time for some fun!
So are you saying that i could use the existing bung and replace it with my WBO2 and drive the ECM with the analog output from the LC-2 and the V2 with the serial WB at the same time? So, I wouldnt...
Here are my ECM and TCM stock calibrations. I uploaded my ECM just in case anyone want to look for kicks and giggles.

Thanks for all the help guys. I'm workin like a dog right now and will probably hit you up in and few days.
Read the tune already. And it looks crazy compared to an lbz tune. Haven't logged anything yet because I'm still waiting on getting the WBO2 bung welded in. Speaking of which, any suggestions on...
So I picked up a TBSS a few weeks ago and just snagged an LC-2. What tuning procedures should I be doing and in what order should I be doing them? I plan on camming it in the near future along with...
I've read of others with this issue. Even with HPtuners. I think its an ECM thing. Probably just defaulting to a rich mixture as set by the factory for a safe first start and run if I had to guess.
Oh I see. Thanks for the help.
So when the V2 errors out saying incompatible OS version when the controller is in the truck it will work fine on a bench harness?
Sorry to hijack the thread for a quick second.
But am I understanding that we are not able to full flash the A40 with different OS numbers because we currently don't have "Full reads" from the...
Is the end result the same as testing the balance rates at low media and high pressures?
There's always the possibility that a bad CP3 was installed. Or maybe just a bad regulator inside the CP3.
I don't have it in front of me but the second from the latest is the one I prefer. For LBZ, that is. The last OS that was made for the LBZ was rumored to have tune tracking so I passed on the...
Converter unlock or something? Some parameter wasn't met and the vanes opened up. Its in the program. Best thing to do is log
Immediate I'll affects. ;)
I'm not picking a fight but, says who? Who says idling them at 450 is fine? An engineer? A reputable engine builder? Personally I've run the a calc pid and there is no fuel savings to run them that...
Why would you get flack for that? Its your choice to ruin you engine with a ridiculously low idle speed. It doesn't affect any of us... :)
The only way to engage the turbine brake is through the engine tune. And, yes you are correct the only way you'll feel the brake is with the converter locked.
LBZ is identical to the LMM with respect to turbo brake tuning. Also, there is no way to turn it on ONLY while in T/H, however, there is a way to cheese it. Under normal driving conditions (cruise...
I have had my LBZ idling @ 650rpm for a couple years and have not noticed any of what you describe, even with a/c on...???
Yeah. I'm not sure what our stock pumps "can" do. But stock Max is 26k psi or 180Mpa. And since my last post in this thread I now have TTS dual lift pumps and I am running 100% Bio, and haven't seen...
Kind of but not really. You can command 180Mpa at 1000rpm or 20Mpa at 3000rpm if you want. So you have to know the equation of flow thru an orfice. Can't remember it off the top of my head but it is...
Hint. Instead of using commanded mm3 use a number generated buy using pressure and pulse width. Commanded mm3 has nothing to do with actual fuel flow.
Thats pretty much the deal there.
There are a few that i see quite frequently here in the Portland, OR metro area. I know 2 for absolute sure cuz i know the guys. And yes they are on the small...
It would be awesome if there was just a looped wire from one pin to another on the TCM, but im sure that isn't the case. A new OS is probably in order to fix that, but as you you know EFILive...
