I never got around to looking into the issue the project got put on hold , I think it was a ECM issue or the tune file was corrupt because commanded timing kept going to 60 degrees.
All three codes show up at the same time and only under the stated conditions . The only other issue I've had it, was once I was cruising in the mountains going about 70 mph , it gradually started...
Its a 3 BAR GM brick style sensor . Was running a turbo earlier , hence the 3 BAR sensor . I have a stock GM 1 BAR sensor laying around will try that . Still doesn't explain the excessive timing...

Still haven't resolved the issue , tried full reflash a few times. Tried the custom SD OS 3, 2 bar and 1 bar with same results .
I will try that , weird thing is the ecu wont start adding timing right away, it happens after about 10 -15 mins of steady cruising.

Yes , just like it said in the tutorial I changed the values in the custom tables accordingly . Should I try a custom OS from a different year or would that cause problems ? Like say 2004 ?
