Thinking about giving speed density a try for my dry nitrous setup. Anyone have a SD tutorial? I think it can be done without unhooking the MAF.

So what functionality are we looking at with the commercial version?
Is the update out? I didn't see it on the main page, but maybe I overlooked it.
For the record, I have the number one problem as well some of the time. Not a big deal, just a bit annoying sometimes to have to unplug the USB device, close the software, and restart the software.
Sounds great. I'll be happy to help as well, any way that I can.
Please, go on. 8)
By the way, off topic, but what company do you work for? I'm a pilot myself and am looking for a...
I'm wondering the same thing... (see my post in the Tutorial forum)
Sounds like a good idea. Being one of the afore mentioned "nimrods" though, I'm not sure how I can help.
Here's my opinion:
Anyone willing to spend an hour or so should be more than able to...
Not useful unless you're having to limp home when your power system goes (partially) belly up.
Step by step would be perfect... I have a 2002 Trans Am.
Yes it sure is, Holden did it :)
Can only be done on a Manual trans though.
I am sending Rick some Holden files, in there will be an example.
Cheers

Woh... Perfect, I'm...
Speaking of "don't know if it's possible or not", I wonder if it would be possible to set the CAGS/CARS light for shift light use. Oops... thread hijacking again, I guess.
Weird... I've never heard of or seen a fuel pressure sensor returning information to anything. Not sure how that would work.
Ls1ed...what?
Interesting... do trucks and other non F-body and Y-body vehicles use something other than demand type fuel systems?
Well, there are several ways and places to work out the LTFTs. I'm a begineer like you, so please keep that in mind...
My 2002 F-body was running too lean. The LTFTs were running in the +5 to +6...
My outlook on the whole thing is "turnabout is fair play", if you know what I mean. 8)
If I'm not mistaken, it's possible to run 2 bar S.D. on the current software, w/o the need for an expensive...
Yeah, but probably only after they saw this thread....[/quote]
Just an update, it looks like they are indeed offering some more PIDs in the upgrade that just came out.
At first you lost me...
Absolutely. Support is the name of the game, IMO. Not having to pay for future upgrades is probably my favorite feature, along with the scanner.
Black box logging works nicely, by the way.
Update: I tried the file again and now it's working. Wierd. :? I have no idea what was up with that error message. I'll keep an eye out for it again though, and if it pops up again I'll send...
What vehicle type are you talking about here?
I'll have to post it later, my server seems to be having issues this morning. :(
My lowly goal list for tonight was as follows:
1.) Delete the service engine light caused by me removing the A.I.R. system, and keep the car from trying to use the A.I.R. system.
2.) Remove the...
So far everything is perfect.
Is it normal for my headlights to flash on and off and the horn to blow every time I reflash?
Just kidding of course...
Yes indeed, this is very neat. I wonder if the competition does this...
Mine is waiting at home as well. Something tells me I'll be up late tonight. 8)
So, what's the next step? Support and working on the next shipments, right? Hopefully things will smooth out now.
I like the new board layout by the way, much simpler.
