One thing I noticed is the file date gets updated on the single tunes to July 27th but as soon as I converted...

oops my bad! i uploaded the wrong one...

I did exactly as you asked and downloaded off the link you provided and it did change the date when I converted again. I will flash this file in tomorrow and report back.

I checked my V7 and its Version V7.5.32. for the fun of it I hit the check for updates button and it said I am up to date.

July 9th, 2020 is the file date.
the software version I am running is V8.3.3
