Replace #2 and #8 and #1 based off return rates and it runs awesome now. Everything balanced back to .00 to 1.10 including #5.

Update: work finally slowed down. I bought and installed a Fass lift pump with no positive results. So I ordered a new CP3 today and should have it Tuesday.

Yeah once the voltages are correct with the DSP tunes then just do a full reflash and you should be good to go!
