I know you can view some live data on the autocal screen, when setting up the autocal are...
if the vendor is providing the data, you need to verify that the data is useful to you or if it needs some kind of conversion.
ah, cool, perhaps I'll see you next year then.
like the small pulse adder and voltage offsets? its incredibly hard to measure, and many places lack the equipment to do so (mainly high resolution oscilloscopes coupled with flowbenches with...
Hey guys, are y'all not at SEMA this year? I'm not seeing you on the exibitors list this time around.
unless I'm mistaken, B3702 is precisely that.
oh, okay, so you were just faking the signal from a sensor with the resistor. gotcha...
hmm...so you were able to get the A/C sensor to read a pressure at the PCM on a non-fbody based tune with the addition of the resistors?
you changed the A/C parameter?
yeah, someone will probably just have to install one and see if it works...
this is the thread I was thinking about, with Robby running the A/C sensor....thats why I'm thinking it might work because I know we're running fbody based tunes for our 24x setups, but he isn't, so...
you may be right, but I thought someone over on PPE added the sensor to an Xvan tune (which is switch controlled), and it worked, at least for the fans....so I'm wondering if he can leave his current...
I run my MarkViii fan in my '96 truck with an '02 12200411 512k LS1B PCM. I'm using a LS1 A/C pressure sensor to control the fan based off the A/C pressure reading. like Jeff mentioned, the switch...
I'm guessing the roadrunner is the 512K version? how much for just the roadrunner?
Wow....I understand that change can be difficult, and those who have dealt with Fish may have a difficult time adjusting to a new distributor. However the completely juvenile posts from various...
oh okay, I gotcha, I thought it was your own truck. yeah, if he doesn't want to switch then I'd give it a shot logging it. if you are able to connect, let us know. Like I said, some guys can, some...
its kindof a crapshoot as to if you'll be able to log or not, I've heard of guys who are able to, and others who weren't. you could give it a shot...best thing to do would be to convert your '97 to a...
hey Greg, looks pretty cool, I've actually be working on a somewhat similar project with injectors too.
I'm not sure. the both work when plugged in separately, just not at the same time.
its not a big deal, I've already got the update done and someone wants my old V1, so I won't have it around to...
So I get a blue screen of death on my desktop every time I plug in both the V1 and V2 to perform an upgrade...it doesn't happen with they're plugged in separately, only together...
I ended up...
yeah, I'm halfway wondering if with the blackbox PCM, something is hardwired for auto vs manual, kinda like the 5800 rpm limit that is internal, or perhaps its OS related, since all I can find on...
yeah, its got to be something else, either internal to the PCM that we can't access, or another problem causing the issue, because I can't see anything that would cause it in your tune.
well yeah, I meant different codes that might cause the same issue. I don't know what to tell you on it. you should get it swapped to a 411, we've already got the auto to manual bugs taken care of...
I took a quick look and I couldn't see anything problematic with it. even compared it to a '98 stock manual tune and couldn't see a any potential issues. are you getting any codes or anything?
do you have a wideband O2 sensor installed that you're logging as well?
I can understand where you're coming from but the 411 would be quite a jump backwards for you, not sure if everything will work properly since I'm not overly familiar with the E40 (IIRC the E40 is...
