i swapped e67 pcm in e38 harness now car wont detect pcm, even when i put e38 pcm back in

Does changing tire size require license to be used?
If I remember correctly its in the speedo tab in the tune tool.

Sad, ive owned this software for 6 years and still havent used it for nothing more than to change my tire size and fan/thermostat operating temp

I reset my ltft in the scan program under the dvt tab, Is there a way to verify that it has been reset.

Do I need to use license to change vin in tcm. This is for swap into first gen firebird

playing around with software i notice that I used three pcm license but tcm says available. Do I have to purchase seperate license for tcm tune?

Pcm was bench flashed and was ok. Tuner say something on the wiring harness is causing my problem but they dont know where to start:(
