I left the PTO switch on..:doh2:
The codes were not related to the 2000 RPM limit.
It has been throwing those codes in extreme cold starts and wont shift out of third tho..

HAHA ya it was new.....i figured it out :doh2:
Started 2 days ago with 2 codes on cold start p0700 and p0847
Completely stock tune
Shift happens @ frame 312 in the log then doesnt seem to fuel after that even tho i gradually increased...
Looking at a 2011....any word yet?
Whats the main tables i should be looking at for adding some power?
Im guessing PW and timing are my main concern for now, but im not to sure...
If i bump PW width up and use josh's timing...
Hey, no problem man. I think ive got it figured out anyways. Just a few thing in my tune left to figure out.
Thanks for trying to help
Not tring to be a smart ass, those are great sugestions for a gasser
Ummm its a diesel :)
thanks for the thought tho
So i want to add a little power to a tune i already have...
Whats the best and safest way to do it??
yep
Thanks thats what i thought, guess i better do something about that :doh2:
GM.EGR is 100% open or closed
Did you get the install info i sent you?
You are correct $500 CDN

No dealer flash required its an inline module that sends a signal to the ecm just like the pedal does
It is in the BCM, havent had a chance to talk to the dealer yet about it
it is an opton on the 25/3500 There is an aftermarket controller out there
and im sure its not hard to build
Im talking to the dealer about it tomorrow
So ive found out just though maybe since a guy on the same OS 8594 as me
has both options on his so i though it might be in the OS and be able to be activated Guess not :doh2:
Ya for now still playing around with gonna drop to the next lower temp setting and max out the cold vane position to help warm up
Right now it @ 900 rpm @ 156 F and its not bad going into gear...
8594 is what im on and it doesnt have it that i know of unless there is a way to activate it. Im talking the one thats more like a PTO control ebrake on and you can bump it up with the set and resume...
Whos got it? What OS is it ???
Since GM got rid of the elevated idle in cold climates
i need a way to keep the truck closer to operating temp that wont affect drivability
It works for warming the truck up i have it set to ramp up to 1200 untill 156*F
then back to norm
08 its not on the DIC there was a tsb for cold climates something to do with insufficent fluid flow below -30*C and it was killing trannys (i heard 4000 in alberta) so they got rid of it i guess IDK...
Mine no longer has elevated idle GM did away with it so thats all i have
gonna try bumping it up a couple hundred rpm @ 156*f and see if that will help keep the temp up
Can it not be done with B0701? Desired base idle speed dependent on engine coolant temperature.
or is that LMM specific?
