I did look at my other programs the timing shows the same values around -20 to -38 in all three EFILive,AutoTap and PCMScan.

I did not get a blue card, but the only thing thats slighty different is date i use the calender option to set it to Oct 23, 2009 (m/d/y) but the issue date from the email has this 20091023 different...

I got a chance to try today I did validate pids but it kept asking to register.
