Thanks Cindy.
I just tried all three boot up methods, powering up via USB then OBD individually and only see the same results as before. Nothing but the three leds.
Out of nowhere I went to use my V2 to pull some codes out of my truck and all I got was this. Tried a different vehicle as a test and same thing. Three LEDs lit continuously and screen is blank....
Flashscan must be plugged into your computer before opening a tune file for the ETC folders to display. Nothing changed BTW, that is how its always been.
I'm confused how moving the rotor plate solved the issue when the windows for the CMP are in the same plate. By rotating the plate it would move both the rotor location as well as the CMP windows...
Curious why you need to change it. The 208 has a 2.61:1 low range and so does any Gen 3 vehicle I'd presume you would've based your tune off whether it was a 246 or 261/263 T-case.
Here you are Jim.
I have a mildly modified (TQ reduction, shift points/speeds etc) tune for an 07 classic 2500 HD (6.0/4L80E) with the 248 OS you're welcome to if you want it.
I have a stock 05 Avalanche 4x4 tune with 3.42 if you want it. Isn't the same OS as yours but you're welcome to it.
Here's another one when I had trouble with the 4Low and T/H tables being swapped between builds as well. Really threw me for a loop back then I remember.

Always wanted to do it in the tune myself as well but could never come up with a way to do it safely and effectively via driver input. But Off Road Engineering does make a user adjustable high idle...
Most of the LS1B trucks I've worked with never had TCS enabled stock, or if it did, was only able to be active for a couple seconds. Some AWD apps though do employ it. Escalade, Silverado SS, Yukon...
B6605 is where most of the TR is on the trucks (once you've gone through all the "safety" TR tables you already covered) so lowering that table a little at a time until you like it is where you want...
Now that you know it was B6609 (tip in TQ reduction, which is one of the common "gotcha" ones) leave that one stock and work on the others, either zeroing or maxing them out depending on the table....
Because I went through the exact same thing with my own truck when I was first learning EFILive. On some OS setting some of these to their min, max, or to zero in relation to where they were) will...
Set these tables back to stock in the OS your switching to. It'll be one of those giving you the dead pedal, ask me how I know.
B6605
B6603
B6609

Aftermarket KS sensors are trash. So are the Dorman KS harness's (or anything that they make for that matter). I repair these all the time after the owner or another shop replaced one or both...
An '05 should be an LS1B so the trans segment will be in along with the engine tune. No separate trans controller.
There's one there. It's even a 2003 too.
It is because of the high GVW these trucks were designed for. Keeping the high load area very low allows them a ton of safety margin while towing 10k up a 4% grade even on substandard fuel. Running...
Couple curiosities.
Why run with rev limiting totally disabled? Seem counter productive.
Why are most of your axle torque limiting settings LOWER than stock? By about half as much as stock in...
Now I got it. The van simply isn't capable of controlling the e-fans for AC operation even with an added AC pressure sensor. I was under the impression they would IF a pressure sensor was added....
Thanks for clearing the grey area TAZ, which was the hardware/software thing. I didn't think it was as simple as throwing the truck tune in a 243 PCM.
e-fans are a must for this build as at some...
I'm in the same boat. Swapping an 04 LQ4 6.0 from a 2500HD to an 87 K10. Obviously the original 12586242 PCM that came from the donor is looking for a serial data AC request and I need it to accept a...
Well call me tickled. That's the first '02 LM7 with DBW I've ever seen. Why not start over with an 02 DBC and do a seg swap on it?
