have a buddy that went through a similar thing..

had his vehicle tuned with HP Tuners 1 bar SD Enhancement...
cant read it or write over it with EFI...
its a custom OS..and...

Tuning a 427 with a 230ish cam in it(yeah I know..small for a 427)
basically its a guy my dad works with...

have everything feeling great..idles nice...except for when I turn on the AC it surges...
