Baro is open to the atmosphere it's on the drivers side used to be on a bracket but it broke so I zip tied to the harness

Not stock turbo it has an II Silver Bullet S366, it has no drivability and it rattles a lot, it was suggested that I shim my FPRV, I made 494/956 without it and went 12.65 @ 105 with my stock turbo,...

Is it locked? Check PCM security.
Can I log Crank and cam sensors with EFI? My timing is being limited, could it be possible the crankshaft pos sensor can get a screwy reading and act like this???
