When I select tuning on my flashscan, says coming soon. Isn't this available now. Do I need updated firmware? My firmware version is currently 2.06.06

Where do I find EFI Explorer?
I have EFI Live V2. Have installed v.7.5.5 and updated to build 82. I am trying to get some files on the V2 and read that I need EFI explorer. Where the heck is it?
