this is the msg i get when using two different cards, one of which i've used to buy several licences. help!

updated firmware and still no go. sent you the bug report. same error msg. new version of the firmware i believe is 2.6.14 maybe?? that sound right??

hope it works,,, went through the process of updating all software and firmware but maybe had a comm error that prevented the firmware update from loading correctly.
