I would agree with Arin. However the data log has a lot of info that is missing like CMD and other helpful items.
i would suggest a new data log with more details.

how are you switching? using v2 or csp5 switch? If its with the v2 you should check your cables to make sure they are connected properly.
Did you reinstall the usb driver?
What is your CMD Demand vs acutal?
