I forgot to test the WIF light. I am getting that I need to update my software to match the firmware. maybe i'll do a software update check and see what happens
well seems most things work. idle, rail pressure. the vane position only goes from 4% up to about 39% even if I go from 0 to 99 on the slide.
heh thats the exact thought I had... but I thought houw could it be burned out if its never been on. I have a spare sensor I should plug it in and push the float up to see if it actually works
I didnt test on my lbz yet i'l try tonight to hook up and see. I had most DVTs working on my truck before I updated. I never was able to get the WIF light to light with the controls but I Was able...
I just installed the auto update last night from a week or so ago and had the same results on an 01 lb7 last night. I updated the boot block and firmware and got the big red strip accross the top...
ok to the best of my knowlege I have the BTM bypassed in the ecm. I have never used the BBL so maybe its time I learned and tried the ones you have listed to see if I can chase this down.
thank you
can someone tell me what this references to? I have a few issues. one is when staging my rpms get limited to about 1870 rpms and wont go any higher when I should be able to get to 2200 rpms. and...
not familiar with LMMs myself but what year is it and what software version are you running? looks like you have firmware 2.6.12 which I think is the latest public release
hmmm interesting
there are multiplier tables at work between the ECT, IAT , and baro tables. dont know what software version your running but my desktop has been updated to the DSP beta and my fuel pressure column...
yes its still going to start in first. but according to the manual thats how you activate the traction control. although it seems to function even if your just in drive.
actually there is a traction control on the lbz but if I remember correctly it says in the manual that yo uhave to have the shifter in M and set to "2" for it to be active.
my tranny had a hard time with the superchips on performance which I believe was 90 hp at the wheel.after 20K miles I had a sciv put in and the clutched showed signs of being a little burnt. thats...
these ideas wouldnt work with my laptop. when I close the lid it goes into a hibernation or sleeping mode. not sure if this is something I could change in the settings.
I just use f3 and f4. but that does require the laptop to be open. it works for me better than chasing the start and stop buttons at the bottom
I can confirm dynarex's findings as I have done this as well.
I think we have a miscomunication. I have 7.5.3 build 36 on the lap top already. should I do the may 19th update which would give me 7.5.4 and the firmware update? or should I wait till the end of...
then I look forward to the weeks end. so I should not upgrade my laptop ( V7.5.3 build 36)
with the may 19th beta release (V7.5.4 build56) and wait till your next public release?
ok. I have had a similar problem trying to reflash the OS in an lb7 truck. my problem is it wont give me the option to do a full reflash.only the read and flash calibration tabs are colored. the OS...
do I need the march 20th update to see these things?I dont see any DVT files in there at all. I believe the last update I did was the 7.5.3 before the march 20 beta release.
well I certainly dont need that function anymore lol
are you saying that the post injections are non functional in that they dont do anything productive but the injections happen... or that they are just "dead" tables that dont affect anything because...
if the truck in question is the one in his sig its an LBZ and there is no DPF... turn it off and no worries. egts will be a little lower (that I noticed with mine). other than that, no lossed that I...
i'd like to re bump this. I was working on a tune i'm making for my truck and discovered b0992 and b0993. out of curiosity, since the table stops at 3600... what happens after that? since some tables...
