I tow 10,000# on the 90 hp setting and drive with 110 or 135 (Dyno`ed closer to 130, and 150!) and after nearly 80,000 miles, it is still holding...

You would be better off returning the engine to stock, then save the stock file. Once you do this, you can reinstall the Hypertech (If that is what me meant!) then you could save a file of that tune....
