Yeah, it's a good place to turn to if you run into a problem. Typically somebody else has already experienced it and posted about it. This is the only thread I check anymore though, hoping for more...
Nice, making progress. Do you plan to add anymore tables? Exhaust brake ones in particular, like the LML's?
Nice. I was thinking that if they weren't there already, they would never be. Pretty basic tables that we've had on every other dmax with vgt and these trucks have been out for a couple years already.
Will there be more tables added eventually? Would be nice to have exhaust brake tables like we do with the LML's, along with all the other VGT tables.
Ok thanks guys, would that be considered a "ground loop" then?
Sorry to dig up an old thread, but if I were to ground the laptop straight to the chassis via a screw that has continuity with the chargers ground, will that protect the flashscan from the grounding...
No you're fine, I was just curious. The way I read some posts it sounded like people were able to do a full flash. Thanks for the response!
Is this out already and I'm missing it? I've just updated the firmware/V8/V7 and it still pops up "coming soon" on the V2. Sure would be nice to be able to flash the entire DSP OS.
NVMD....was using a shortcut on the desktop and it kept sending me to that old version of EE...
V8.1.2 Build 58 for EE. I'm assuming this is outdated, how do I update it? Shouldn't it have updated with V8?
V8.1.2 Build 95 for S&T
screenshot of mine...why do I not have that tab? Did they update the explorer at all?

In EFILive Explorer, is there supposed to be a "Data Files" tab? I do not have this tab.
Thanks, that was probably the first or second thing I tried to do...the problem is that I can not access the files under the Config tab to back them up or do anything in the first place. It throws...
Tried to set V2 up for BBR and BBF...have everything up to date....firmware, tune tool, scan and tune.
But what is not letting me do the BBx stuff is in EFI Explorer...I can not copy the config...
Kind of digging here, but a friend wants to see if I can tune his 2008 2.2l cobalt as well.
Went to the site and got a couple numbers, not sure if either of these are the OS number you need but...
I have an '03 LB7, is there a PID in the options.txt file that does the calculated boost pressure??
Also, is there a way to create custom calculated PID's for use with BBL?
