I was looking to buy two VIN licenses this morning for a couple trucks I have to get done....anyways I get all the way to the end and I get two errors....Transaction declined, and failure...

Does reference 1 thru 4 refer to what gear the truck is in? Also kinda along the same lines to get the "hard limiters" to work do all the PID controls need to be set to disable? I want to see 4000...

ahh. Got it. but dosent it still need to drop below 2600rpm to become active? clearly not but couldnt the truck be at say 40mm3 and 3400 rpm? so pilot follows the fuel command over rpm?
