It's the same as my stock turbo numbers for city and highway, yet with way more power. I lost nothing mileage-wise with the twins, but gained a ton of part and full-throttle power, as well as egt's...
LMM with MPI twins, get 15.5-16 mpg around town, and 20-22 on the freeway at 65-75 mph, drops as speeds increase. GPS verified speedo.

I can give a few for the twin turbo or aftermarket turbo guys who run high boost. Most of these are just high boost issues, but I think the pilot timing one would affect everyone.
1. Turning pilot...
bummer. I think it was Trent that just tried one also, and his worked great, went his quickest et so far. I'm sure Brayden will get it figured out.

when you go to load your first tune in a vehicle it will ask you to license it, and lock the tuner to the truck vin. If you have already done this you should not have to do it again. There is a...
I'm going to call him, did not know he had one.

I have 7.5.5.87 and it shows for mine. It's the last table under fuel pressure.

my 07 had a 7103 OS and the 09's Ive played with both had 8594 OS. You can do a full flash and change his OS to yours (I wouldn't) or you'll have to script your tune for his OS.

okay, got the truck back today. He pulls 10-15K pounds constantly with the truck. First, went for a drive and under moderate to heavy acceleration the truck makes these split-second wheezing sounds,...
the scanner won't load tunes, so you'll need the tuner to be able to load the tunes into your truck.

this truck had not done it until I changed the revs/mile. Tune is stock, other than egr off. This one has a 500 rpm difference at 62 mph or so, but it was towing a 50+ ft trailer with cars inside.

A friend bought a new 09 4WD CC 1-ton dually and had a different set of tires he wanted to run, so I changed the revs/mile in the ecm tune (8594 OS). Now when towing it seems to lock/un-lock the...
shows on mine under engine operation/EGR (B1501)

I could not really feel any differences in lockup when I changed that table. It seems like it would affect that but I suspect it's only one of many tables used that affect lockup speed, like many of...
yeah, I've tried several mods to that table with no success in the past, as far as this lockup issue.
Jody
I checked and loaded updates first, but I do not see any changes to that table. Am I missing something? And will that table have any effect on the tcm not commanding lockup under high slippage, seems...
Ross is looking as time permits, and there are others looking for ways to control the lockup, but nothing finalized at this point.

I'm going to try one more time, just because I'm stubborn.............. My above example is correct if pilot 2 and 3 are active, along with #1. Main US 639, 298 pilot 1, 299 pilot 2, and 299...
after looking some more, if you add pilot 2 and pilot 3 to the mix, the numbers get pretty close. Thing is, both those pilots show off in the scan. Is it possible they're not really off, or that...
but why is it highlighting 190 mpa at a cruise, when that's obviously incorrect? And what 4 cells? I only have the main and pilot 1 active, nothing else. Maybe they show off but really are on, I...
cannot do that, it's a custom tune from a tuner, and although modded by me I cannot post the info. I'm just trying to find out how you come up with your numbers. It makes sense if you add up the main...
wot................................. :) Otherwise, no, not anywhere I can see. I log pilot 1 through 3, and have logged post injection also (never on), and I only have #1 on at cruise plus the main...
I have the same question. Table B0720 for the LMM's is described as main pulse only, no pilots like the LBZ's. On mine there is only pilot 1 at a cruise, say 40-50 mph, no pilot 2 or 3, no post...
My logs show the same. The only numbers that seem to line up are the full mpa and mm3 areas of the map, bottom right hand corner, in other words full throttle stuff.
