Just to add a little information as to whats going on, here are some screen shots from my "scan tool". So the o2's are "reading" full rich and the fuel trims arent adjusting because the o2's arent...

What did you end up doing to rectify this situation? I have the EXACT situation going on with my swap! LS1 PCM and harness, stock 5.3, and th400. I have had a guy try to reprogram the PCM twice but...
