Quick feedback on the suggested actions. I maxed out the misfire tables and logged with the TSTATE pids to see whats going on. TSTATE 09 and 10 are the interesting ones that show the possible reasons...
Those are some good tips, I'll try them out and will report back.
Thanks Alex
After re-checking the forum archive I ran across this thread

Its very similar in term of the problem but even disabling the...
To make the story short, the reason for my tcc not staying locked was a misadjusted cruise control brake switch that by the way inhibited cruise control function as well. I never noticed the cruise...
Hi Joe,
after driving with the new tune that included your suggested improvements for a couple of days, I have to say that the rocking and roughness at idle is greatly reduced and the car drives...
Thats correct.
Is there anything to gain with changing my current setup?
Thanks
Alex
honestly, i don't exactly know how GM did it with the Corvette. The reference method is still stock, although I have higher flow injectors and updated the flow table accordingly.
No need to apologize...
BTW, here is my latest tune with the changes you suggested...

Hi Joe
thanks so much for following up on my topic.
I really appreciate the insight.
I've made all the changes but was wondering about your comment on B3647. Should I set it to .99999 or 1.00001...

Thank you Joe,
I'm familiar with some of these threads and checked out the ones I haven't read yet. I have set up my idle based on them already.
I couldn't seem to find anything directly related to...
Hi all,
I'm fighting with a rough idle when the car warms up above 68-70C ECT. It runs in OL all the time and is MAFless. Not exactly sure where I should start. I don't see any major changes at that...
Yes it is B3618 instead of B3619.
UPDATE:
I resolved the issue by myself with comparing the current tune with an older, functioning one. I had put the values in B3619 to 14.63 which messed everything up. I now put them back to 14.7...
Hi all,
I recently discovered through the AUT-VE process that somehow my commanded AFR won't go leaner than 14.63 although I'm in open loop and have lean cruise cells in my B3647 table. Somehow the...
Is there any plan on implementing a variable TCC enable temp function for GEN3 auto transmissions?
I have reprogrammed my LM1 before the log to the LC1 specs to get a higher resolution in AFR:
0.88333 Volts at AFR: 10.00
4.21667 Volts at AFR: 20.00
I recently learned that the V1 goes only to...
Update:
I grounded the V1 as I explained in my previous post and it seem to lessened the swings considerably. Please have a look at my log to confirm that the minor swings I have now are normal. ...
I jsut looked at the LC1 tutorial to find out which Pin D is. It is the middle port as I suspected.
In order to ground this correctly, what should I do?
Right now the ground cabel comes from the...
Well I thought it is grounded through the cig lighter plug or the O2 sensor in the exhaust. It was never separetely grounded, but worked before.
Which is Pin D on the V1? Do you have a picture or...
Hi Joecar,
The LM1 is powered through the cigarette lighter.
The laptop is running on its own batteries.
The LM1 is not separately grounded.
I get the same AFR swings with BBL.
Here is one...
Hi all,
I have come across an issue with EFILive and my LM1 after I switched to a new laptop.
I am getting a very stable and consistent voltage signal from my LM1 through the cable (3.5mm jack)...
I have a C5 Corvette that I drive in Michigan winters and have a hard time to get lockup after 10-15 min also when I start at 10degF or lower.
It would help tremendously if I could lower the engage...
I know this topic came up already but I would like to bring it up again.
Right now, we can not change the trans fluid temperature at which the TCC starts to operate. My 4l60 starts TCC operation...
