Is this ECM compatible with your DBW pedal...?
Not all OS's have someof the pids.
Also, make sure you did Info->Validate Pids from V7 scantool.
It appears various "things" are going wrong.
Does your VSS indicate the true speed (i.e. are tire size and axle ratio correctly accounted for)...?
Was the PCM previously running a 4L80E...?
...
Thanks for posting.
The V3 is expensive, but has many features including CAN bus connectivity, programmable knock threshold, and advanced filtering.
The A/D inputs take 0-5V analog signals.
Do you have a circuit that converts frequency to analog 0-5V...?
MikeM,
Post your tune file and some logs.
The VE multipler is applied as long as the input is applied, i.e. it is not a momentary input.
Thanks.
Ok, do this: using the Window File manager/explorer, goto the folder you see specified in the error message, and create the file calc_pids.txt.
Post your latest tune and some logs of it.
What are the cam's intake/exhaust durations...?
If you look thru your tune you should be able to see how to disable AFM/DOD.
( I had to approve your post due to the Jegs url, but it's ok, a commonly bought item )
I saw your other thread regarding this, I brought this to someone's attention.
+1.
In V7 goto settings and set the path names to the correct paths for each folder.
The intermittent leaky fuel pump/regulator needs to be addressed (whether or not it is the direct cause).
+1 on the above 2 comments.
Also, is CPP (clutch pedal position) switch installed and working...?
I agree with Highlander.
And +1 "Stick with it. It's worth it", it really is.
+1+
If it helps, generally truck 4L60E tunes unlock the TCC on closed throttle, whereas Y/F-car 4L60E tunes keep the TCC locked on closed throttle unless the TCC MPH tsble's Release curve is crossed.
Yes, same ground to TE, sensor and FSV2.
The TE seems to be the simplest/quickest approach.
Connect the sensor to 5V and 0V from the TE.
Connect the sensor output to FSV2 AD1+.
Connect the sensor 0V/gnd to FSV2 AD1-.
Does the sensor...
The pins on the orange blocks do not emit 5V or any voltage. They are inputs only.
No worries.
I prefer lots of information rather than hardly any.
I like to read it carefully so I understand the whole picture.
