It works fantastic. As far as I know, Mitch offered to help EFI Live fix the mistake, but no takers. Super disappointed that this hasn't made it into any updates.
I took it for just a really quick spin - works!!!! I hammered the throttle and it locked in 2nd no problem. Then I was in 4th and goosed it - she dropped to 3rd and rev'd a little and locked right...
loading it in a few mins and taking a quick spin
I can't say on the latest release, but about 2 months ago in the beta, I was poking around tweaking my tune and for shits/giggles I maxed out the skip limit table (8k I think?), and the funniest...
I found no complaints doing it on my buddy's stock turbo LMM, but on my 68stg2r making 100hp over his, no bueno.
Ferman - no, I didn't get that far. My biggest frustration turned out to be when I was rolling along on a 2lane and went to stomp it and pass someone. I would slip and slip and slip until the point...
I hope something becomes of this to help. I adjusted the table for my LMM and it reduced but did not eliminate the problem. Only Ben's lockup box actually cured it for me.
Will do - thanks so much!!
can we bump this up, please? I got so frustrated that I removed EFI Live, used revo uninstaller to get rid of every trace, and reinstalled using build 303. I cannot open any file in v8 without...
Def reversed - thanks Ferm! I was chasing my ass on an LMM TCM tune that would not work right until I found this thread and moved my T/H changes over to the 4low table!
Wally
it won't lock my LMM up properly either, even with it set to 3000. BT box works every time. Shame :(
Since posting, I deleted my EGR as well (also LMM), and it's the same story. They're there but not a problem.
Now that I did this and my 40 over injectors, I'm just starting to appreciate how...
I tuned out the code tonight after logging this same filter in my buddy's LMM with no CEL on his truck; with slightly lower flow numbers. It's really odd but I'm ok trusting the filter. Thanks
this is awesome. My buddy is out testing our tuning on his truck; moving the slip RPM up incrementally to get a feel for it. He's gone from feeling locked in 4th (stock) to the top of third...
bump. Any other opinions/advice? Thanks!
Thanks for the reply. Perhaps in your case the MAF was at fault, but with the data that I logged it doesn't appear that way with mine. Add'l reading has lead me to believe that the truck is looking...
C0903 looks like I could set it to 6 and be done with this. Maybe?
Hello -
I have a problem... well, more accurately I don't have a problem! I replaced my last air filter last week (one old Donaldson swapped for a new Donaldson of the same appearance and part...
FWIW, I talked to my buddy this morning. The mystery defuel on tune 3 has returned. I opine that Elvis' ghost lives in his ECM... he says Tupac or Biggie; kids!
U1000 was the code, IIRC
'02 lb7. When it was all of the DSP's in the 6006 OS, I checked to ensure it was all in imperial, so I had that covered -- but when I read that I thought that it was a great tip! It only took me...
this is a little moldy, but I have to add a me too to share; you aren't alone. I've been chasing this for a week and finally gave up on 6006 and went back to the old OS... problem GONE. No matter...
I don't see B0852 on the LMM
make that x3 here. I never made the association with my tire recalc; I always thought the CC was just crappy, lol.
