    Noisy MAF

Does the MAF output look particularly noisy to anyone else here? This is reported to be a stock MAF - engine is 2002 Corvette with an unknown cam. Injectors are 0 280 155 868 (or 36 lb Bosch).

I'm another single V2 with <20 VIN license guys chiming in, so if you care to skip the post feel free.

I'll try again with MAF off and fail parameters double checked to see what things look like. I suppose I could always reflash with a stock OS and start over, but that sounds more time consuming...

I've seen the 200/100 RPM before in other performance PCMs. I must not have properly failed the MAF on this application.

That is another issue - in this OS, I don't see the RPM point for MAF 'start'. "Steady State" RPM threshold = 2500. MAF is sotck with LS3 crate engine.
  6. Experience with GM Performance Parts controller?

Has anyone spent significant time with any of the GMPP PCMs? I ran across one a couple of weeks ago and had trouble disbling the MAF to work out the VVE table. The part number of the one I was...

    Saturn Ion Redline Unrecognized PCM

I tried to cal a Saturn Ion yesterday and ran into this unsupported PCM:
    OS: 12601904

Has anyone run into this OS before? It seems the PCM was flashed (poorly) by a company that provides Saturn...

That looks better - at least the logged timing = high octane spark + KR. I agree that you probably need more timing - the boost retard table {A0010} will pull timing as needed for boost.

    Closer...

Again, no expert here, but I would expect your engine to have some serious dynamic airflow changes when the throttle goes wide - and maybe on shift too. I was dyslexic when I typed {B5921} - that...

Hey 496, I'm not an EFI expert either, but am working on a similar setup (HP numbers) for a friend. It looks like the PCM has used the 'engine protection mode' timing {B5921} and then reduced it by...

Thanks joecar. I can write the calc PID - I was just looking for a better (more elegant) expression. I did not use Excel. I'll PM you later with more on topic and the project I'm on.

I have the AEM 30-2300 controller also and wired the 0-1v outputs to the GM PCM (in hopes of one day using some amount of CL control) and the 0-5v outputs to a connector for Analog 2 and 3 (hoping to...
