Not that anything has really changed since this first came out, but what V7.5 software version are you using and what is the .calz file date shown on the standard and CSP5 file when the tunes are...
If the tune got all the way through to the end and it bricked then there is something maybe wrong with the tune, did you do all the mods yourself or did you purchase it off someone?
It's not something I've heard of, are you sure you are using the correct base calibration for the vehicle type for the CSP conversion? Eg, you aren't using a 2020 pickup file in a 2019 Cab Chassis.
Actually that is a bug in the particular version of V7 you have there. You should be getting message that the OS is not supported.
Reason being is Dodge must have replaced it with a newer...
Price tag is hideous on these (you really don't want to know), it should be recoverable but lots of questions first.
What software version were you flashing with?
Can you attach a trace of the...
Well they aren't doing it with EFILive, I can assure you the parameters required to do this are not and have never been in the software.
Although for some users the DTC tables will show there is likely a lot more involved to do what you want. But EFILive has never put in parameters specially to remove emissions components for this...
EFILive has never had parameters to do deletes on these Cummins ECM's.
Sorry I don't know all the answers, I didn't add in any of those calibrations myself.
The ECM outputs will NOT be 5V, they will be 12V (regardless of either on/off style or PWM).
I don't know if...
I'll get you sorted on Monday, I'll post up a .calz file with all the stuff you need for OS 12663390.
EDIT: I Should have read your post better, all you needed to do was the VATS disable patch and...
You can always go here to verify any updated files would be suitable for your vehicle.

But I think the general rule is you try to use a file with all...
You need to check the Dodge Calibration ID to confirm, it's not really defined in the Cummins ID's. Anything starting with an 'S' is for the Symmetrical pump.
Eg:
52371931AJ = Asymmetrical...
I had a look in my E35A folder for a known good file for you to recover this ECM but I cannot find a suitable match I'm afraid.
Does anyone on here have a stock file they could please attach, here's...
That was only for certain petrol ECM's, not the Bosch Diesel ECM's.
I see you have a support ticket, I'll deal with you via that.
Can you also please post up one of the tunes that is causing problems?
Yeah we are well aware of this, have known about it for ages. I asked one of the HPT guys directly why they would do that and basically got a 'oh well' response.
But we aren't going to lose sleep...
If the ECM hasn't had the anti-tuning stuff turned off then it will still take a stock tune no problem.
Are you sure you started with the correct base calibration? (It will be written on the sticker...
It might be a long story but your post was cut short....:nixweiss:
Sorry but VIN change is not implemented for HD Cummins.
The licensing is not based off the VIN, mainly because there is a lot of HD ECM's that don't even have a VIN in them from factory, things like...
What about with the tune you read out of it, or a 100% known stock tune? (sometimes some of the handheld tuners don't do a true return to stock).
Nothing extra, it was more for GM gas ECM's.
The 68RFE cals are within the same flash area as the engine cals, I have no clue on what is or is not in CalTerm so I don't know.
I don't tune, I program computers :lookaround:
Kind of odd on your first post you would be willing to put your phone number on a public forum without even a name, maybe a tuner would be happy to...
Maps are always interpolated in these PCM's, they never jump from one axis point to the next.
