snow fun with the Tahoe

I thought lets go out and play a little in the white stuff...
That's for all you guys far away in the heat.

We've had lots of snow the last two or three days. Before that it was very cold for some weeks. Cold and dry but no snow.... now that we are approaching the easter holidays the snow is comming..

We recently got a foot of snow here in Prescott, AZ.
But my vehicle is not as mobile in it as yours.

This is the closest we get to snow here. These were taken about 4 months ago at the beginning of our hot weather. The trees were stripped of leaves for a stretch about 2km wide & 80km long.
We were lucky it hit about 5km north of town or the damage would of been extensive.

So I had to help a friend out of a ditch, close to a fence ....and a 10ft drop.

Her VW Golf came out and my Tahoe slid sideways close to the fence. Every try to get it out brought me closer to that 10ft drop...

Good that my neighbour has all different kind of Woodpickers and Timberjacks...
With two winches, one connected front, one rear we got the Tahoe out with no risk at all.... I can tell you BIG TIRES HELP.
