You are logging way too many pids. you should keep the channel count to 24. Also some of the pids you are logging are incorrect for your combo.
What troubles are you having?

Way too many PIDS, and no WBO2.
"hard starting" may be too much or too little fuel,
or do you mean that the idle soars?
Here is a generic set of PIDS for the Fbody I see in your avatar. IDLE.pid
Add LTFT if closed loop is enabled,
and deselect the A4 RAFIG PID and it`s prerequisite PIDS if you have an M6,
then add whatever else you want up to 24 channels.

The cam angle sensor fault will cause starting problems as it needs this to find which is TDC on no#1 cylinder.
