Will not crank after reflash

This started a few months ago, ive reflashed my PCM several times workin on my fuel tables.
One night i was tryin to work on a hesitation when it was goin from vacuum to boost.
smoothed my spark table and my fuel table in that area, Flashed the new tune.
It would fire up for about 2 seconds and it would sputter and die, then it wouldnt even fire.
So after tryin to reflash the same tune, it did the same thing.

Went back to some of my old tunes, 2 months old. Fired right up like its suppose to.
So i copied the current tables to the old tune, works just fine.

It has done this several times, so i havent changed my tune in awhile.


Where can i start to find my problem?
Im goin to get another PCM and try that to see if it will rule that out. Need one anyway for my play truck so no loss.

Ill try when i get home.. its been soo long since ive tried it i cant remember what tunes what.

whats weird is i can compare the tunes and copy all the updates over to it and it runs just fine..
Almost like the tune is corrupt or somthing??
