411 computer and custom OS, no flash...
I just updated my 97 Yukon with the 0411 computer but when I go to flash the custom OS the "Program PCM operating system and calibrations" is greyed out. I read somewhere that you need the commercial test and tune which I have.
I used up the 2 licenses that came with it, both with custom OS's and 0411 computers and I purchased a new license for the the new 0411 computer today and as I said it doesnt work.
Any ideas?

Have you read or scanned the PCM before?

I was able to read and save the tune in the computer. It's OS 12202088 and I'm trying to flash 01250003 but when I load the custom OS the flash feature greys out.

Do you have the ignition on and the cable plugged in the DLC before starting EFI_Live?
