    Default RTACS instructions?

I'm looking for the link to the RTACS instructions. I had it working before and now I tried again and it is not working. I changed something I guess.

Where can I find the original instructions? (I tried searching here, moates and EFI Live. No luck).

    Right now I'm using:

    http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=8156&page=3 and
http://www.moates.net/documentation....entation_id=33 and since no wideband I'm also using
    http://forum.efilive.com/showthread....ighlight=RTACS

I think my problem is the Auto Update. It wrote over one of my files.

    What file are you missing?
    WBO2 is mandatory for WOT.
Sometimes a reboot of the software is necessary if RTACS won't update.

I'll be getting my wideband for WOT soon. I'm just tuning cruising and light throttle high load with no transitions (freeway at 90-110mph on way to work).

AutoUpdate replaced my SAE_Generic file. I followed the instructions again and it should be fine. Going to test it right now.

You probably should'nt change the sae_generic.txt,
    just the cal.link and calc.pids.txt.

The STRIM fixer tutorial uses a modified generic txt file. The only problem with doing this is it will get overwritten whenever you do an upgrade.

You should'nt need to do that though,
just make the cal.pid and alter the cal.link
The STFT fixer will not update under PE/WOT.

    Here is the calc.pid

I had to add one line to add an STRIM_FIXER in the sae.generic as per Wait4Me's instructions to tune with the narrowband sensors. That is why I did it.

    I hear you.
My point was that it is not mandatory to change the sae.generic.txt.
Just the cal.link.txt and the calc.pid.txt
in the My Documents\EFILive\V7.5\User Configuration folder.

This will prevent the need to back up and restore the
    sae.generic.txt after an update.
