vista is anoying

Im running Vista on my laptop that i use for EFILive it works fine (with some innitial issues now sorted) but i have a issue that im trying to resolve

Every time I restart the computer I get an icon in the notification area for 3 blocked startup programs.

I have attached a screen shot which also has windows defender showing the EFILive programs as not yet classified. when I click on setup sfx kernel (theres usuall 3 but i had already started 1) the dreded yellow unidentified program pops up and I have to allow each program to run. It says its EFILive in the box.

Its not really a problem and doesent efect the tune or scan tool even if I dont start them but it wont update without starting them.

Is there anything I can do about this. like i said not realy a problem just annoying little thing.

When I was using Vista, I turned off defender/user account control.
Man, I hated using Vista.

Always run Vista in Admin mode for starters.
Here's what I did, disable Windows Defender, Disabled the UAC (or whatever it's called). Installed a decent virus scanner / firewall like NOD32.
This eliminates some of the annoyances Vista has.

I just go in and remove the blocked startup programs. End of problem until I update EFILive the next time.
