    Default Wideband Calc Pid Help!

This is my Calc pid I have for my NGK AFX Powerdex wideband:

    #WIDEBAND UNITS

    *CLC-00-001
    V 0.0 5.0 .1 "{EXT.AD1}"
    AFR 9.0 16.0 .2 "({EXT.AD1}*1.4)+9"

    *CLC-00-002
    factor 0.0 2.0 .1 "{CALC.AFRNGKPLXAD1.AFR}/{GM.AFR}"
0V is supposed to be 9.0 A/F and 5V is supposed to be 16.0 A/F, but here's the weird thing, on my gauge it shows 16.0 (only reason i've seen this is b/c I get a false pegged lean at idle I think because I only have like 12" of exhaust after the wideband sensor) and on the scanner it shows 15.75 and only 4.8 volts on the wideband and that it's not at 5, did I do something wrong, or could my sensor be bad? Could this be throwing off other readings throughout the range if the wideband is only going to 4.8V? Thanks for any help guys!

There shouldn't be a problem with the PIDS.

What is the precision setting for the gauge?
    It's probably rounding up.

3' from the end of the exhaust is as far back as I would place the sensor,
1' seems kind of close to free air.

I can't get it any further from the exit I only have 12" bullets right off my collectors dumped and the wideband is in the o2 hole where the narrowband would've gone in the header.

When you say the precision setting what do you mean? It's a box with the controller/gauge together, I don't have a seperate gauge, here's a link to it:

    Precision - 0.0 or 0.00
    16.0 is precision 1
    15.75 is precision 2
If the gauge can be adjusted try that otherwise it seems to be inline with Flashscan.
You may want to inspect your spark plugs to see
if your target AFR is actually rich or lean.
    Then work around that.

I don't think anything can be adjusted on the gauge. But my main concern was the fact that efilive is only showing 4.8V on the external voltage from the wideband, which is why it's showing 15.75 instead of 16.0, so I was wondering if something was wrong, know what i'm saying?

IIRC for V1 the max volts in is 4.8
Does 0 volts show 9 AFR?

Yes, 0 volts shows 9.0, didn't know max volts in on V1 was 4.8, ok, that explains it, so everything is ok, thanks man, makes me feel better!
