egr enabling no closed loop
on my 2001 silverado thats turboed im useing cos3. when i put my snap on sconner on it it says its not going into closed loop. when i use my snap on scanner i can turn the valve on, it stalls the truck so i know its working but the comp isnt requesting it to be turned on because of open loop. any ideas comanded fueal vs rpm matches stoich
